Wish grant

For our REGISTERED patients who live in Oneida or Herkimer counties in NY and have been debilitated by the disease… they are entitled to apply for “Wish” Grants that will improve the quality of their life.

The Wish Grant Program is an monetary grant given to patients who have been debilitated by ALS. These funds can be used for anything that will improve the quality of your life or manage ALS easier.
